August 2025-December 2025
Project List:
HRSG pipe failure analysis
Client: Pertamina Hulu Rokan
Project in brief: Analyzed failure case on a HRSG unit pipe. The failure mostly due to flow-accelerated corrosion that happen inside the pipe. This analysis is important to prevent the same failure in the future.
High voltage cable reliability study
Client: PT Inalum
Project in brief: A stailess steel reinforced aluminum cable was used to distribute electricity on company electricity generator. PT Inalum (an aluminum producer company) needs to make sure the electricity distribution system they used still reliable to be used or it needs to change to prevent any harmful failure in the future.
PT Rekayasa Engineering | June 2024-February 2025
Ensured compliance with Pertamina Hulu Rokan QC standards, including unit of measurement verification, equipment warranty documentation, tank inspection/testing requirements, and overall quality assurance for contractors, projects, and manufacturers.
Conducted internal audits and process reviews to align local QC procedures with international standards (ISO, API, and relevant industry guidelines), improving consistency and regulatory readiness.
Enhanced inspection workflows and documentation accuracy, contributing to a measurable reduction in non-compliance incidents across operational projects.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams—engineering, procurement, operations, and contractors—to resolve QC discrepancies, improve communication, and reinforce standard operating procedures.
Monitored vendor and manufacturer performance, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, material standards, and warranty obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
Supported continuous improvement initiatives by updating QC protocols, reviewing inspection reports, and identifying gaps in testing, measurement, and data recording practices.
